result, special measures have been taken to mitigate any confusion or reduction in brand recognition for either organization. The logo order and its defined relationships must never be altered or modified in any way, and should never appear in any colours other than black and white.

Sizing and spacing

OMERS Oxford lockup

Sizing the two logos is achieved by matching the height of the “O” in OMERS to the height of the middle vertical line in Oxford.

The minimum clear space is determined by the width of the “O” in OMERS, which is the same as the middle line in Oxford logo. Please use discretion and increase
the minimum spacing when the logo is used at small sizes.

Note: Minimum sizing for screen assumes high-resolution (2x, Retina, etc.) screen usage such as those found on mobile devices and modern computers.

Minimum Sizing may have to be compromised in extreme dimensions such as 600x150px email banners. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@oxfordproperties.com .

Sizing and spacing

Endorsed logo lockups

The minimum clear space is determined by doubling the height of the letterforms in Oxford. This ensures enough air when the endorsed logo lockups are not contained in a shape.

Clear space for lockups in a shape require smaller clear space and can be closer to other elements as the parameter around the logo is clearly defined. The clear space is determined by the height of the letterforms in Oxford.

Note: Minimum sizing for screen assumes high-resolution (2x, Retina, etc.) screen usage such as those found on mobile devices and modern computers.

Sizing and spacing

Co-branding

When the Oxford logo sits alongside a partner, property brand, or platform company ensure there is enough clear space between the elements.

For the primary Oxford logo, the minimum clear space around is determined by the height of the middle line in Oxford. The minimum clear space between the logos is determined by doubling the height of the “O” in Oxford.

For endorsed logo lockups, the minimum clear space around and between is determined by dividing the height of the shape in half.

Use discretion when scaling and aligning each logo to the Oxford elements. They should feel optically aligned to the center horizontally and at a similar scale.
